You already have the women.
If your organisation supports a group of women, The Queen is the twelve weeks that turns that support into an income each of them owns outright.
Support is not the same as an income.
Employers, charities, resettlement schemes and community programmes are often already doing the hard part — they have found the women, earned their trust, and kept them in the room.
What tends to be missing is the next thing: a route from being supported to earning independently. Courses teach skills that expire. Employability programmes end at a job — which is somebody else's to give, and somebody else's to take away.
The Queen ends somewhere else. Each woman finishes with one income offer she has built, priced and taken to market — and which she owns. Not a placement. Not a certificate.
Twelve weeks, mostly online.
- Length
- Twelve weeks, run as one closed cohort rather than a rolling intake.
- Format
- 80% online, 20% in person. The in-person share is anchor sessions at milestones, not a weekly commute.
- Support
- Weekly live mentorship with someone who has built what the cohort is building, plus one-to-one alongside the group.
- Starting point
- Every woman is assessed at the start — which of the five thrones she is ruling from, and which one is unsteady — and re-assessed at the end.
- Finishing point
- One income offer per woman: built, priced, taken to market, owned outright.
- Afterwards
- Graduates of the programme are invited to mentor future cohorts.
The first cohort is a closed one.
The Ukrainian Queen is the first cohort of The Queen: safeguarded and confidential, with applications reviewed individually rather than opened to self-serve signup.
It is worth saying plainly what that means for a partner reading this page. There are no outcome statistics yet, because the first cohort is the first cohort. What there is: a method with a thirty-five-year Jungian lineage set out in full on the Method page, four published books behind it, and a delivery model designed around women whose calendars are not their own.
AI didn't take opportunity away from these women. Most of them never had the chance to use it yet. That's the whole gap we're closing. The Queen — Founding Team
Tell us who you support.
Partnerships are scoped one at a time — cohort size, how much of the twelve weeks runs in person, and what your organisation is already providing all change the shape of it. So the first step is a conversation rather than a price list.
Useful things to include when you write: who the women are, roughly how many, where they are, and what you have already tried.
